WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer domestic shipping.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10. For orders over $100, enjoy shipping on us!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

When will my order ship? Once your order is placed, we get to work! Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping. Keep in mind that unexpected delays may occur due to weather or national holidays.

Send us a message at hello@shopcoastalhouse.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, please note that once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee any changes can be made.

WONDERING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS?

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If the tracking shows it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors first. You may also want to reach out to the shipping carrier for more details.

If you’re still unable to locate your package after 5 business days, contact us at hello@shopcoastalhouse.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address. While we aren't responsible for lost packages, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution!

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

How do I know my size? Our styles are designed to fit true to size, but we always recommend checking the product descriptions for specific details. For styling tips and fit guides, be sure to follow us on Instagram and TikTok @shopcoastalhouse!

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?

How do I best care for my items? You'll find specific care instructions both on the product page and on the tag inside your garment. As a general guideline, we suggest washing in cold water—preferably on its own for the first wash—and laying it flat to dry. Trust us, it’s worth the extra effort! To help maintain the quality over time, we also recommend opting for mild detergents.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

What should I do if I receive the wrong size or a damaged item? If there's an issue with your order, please email us at hello@shopcoastalhouse.com. We recommend checking your items carefully within two weeks of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we’re unable to offer an exchange for incorrect sizing or damaged goods. Additionally, if the item has already been washed before contacting us about a mistake or defect, we won’t be able to process an exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

In line with our company’s values and our commitment to fostering a more eco-friendly fashion industry, we have chosen not to offer returns or exchanges. This decision helps us minimize waste by encouraging mindful purchasing, ultimately reducing the volume of garments that end up discarded in landfills. While we recognize this approach may not suit every customer, it aligns with our goal of providing unique, high-quality items while lessening our environmental footprint. Once an order is finalized, we’re unable to adjust it, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.
